Areas of Practice:
With over 11 years of experience in the IP industry, Hardeep handles matters across various areas of IP, including trademarks, franchise registration, enforcement actions, designs, copyright, and anti-counterfeiting. He also advises clients on the exploitation of intellectual property, particularly in relation to commercialization and monetization of IP assets. Hardeep has conducted several talks on the role and importance of trademarks and franchise in Malaysia.
Experience:
Before founding Hardeep IP, Hardeep worked as a manager at a regional intellectual property firm and as a senior executive at two intellectual property firms in Malaysia. He has a wealth of experience handling hearings, oppositions, franchise registrations, enforcement actions with the Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs (KPDNHEP), cosmetic registrations, and conflict resolutions.
